My husband carrys around a cant wait toilet card for reasons he can't wait !!! There arnt many toilets on the Marshall yard,unfortunately he had to go into creams cafe and ask to use there toilet showed his cant wait card....to a lady with short blonde hair her response was I shouldn't let you use the toilet but will this time..!!! I hope you never have an illness that requires you to carry a toilet card,a very disappointing response from your staff my husbands was very upset

Lovely coffee shop, much more spacious than I had realised. There is a range of food available, made fresh when you order - we both loved our lunches!You can also get it to take away, which is even better.
I visited your cafe today with my daughter and baby granddaughter, the latter who has been ill and not eating. Your staff member Ellen was kindness itself and help us find something he baby would eat and made us feel comfortable. I Would like to thank her and say she is an asset to your staff.
Nice decor. Friendly service when ordering nice coffee and cakes. However when we left and said thank you and goodbye we were ignored amd neither assistants were busy. Otherwise would have given five stars.
