Sons first car, couldn't have had a worse experience. Car not prepared when booked for collection, a rushed inadequate valet followed. Drive a damp car away with work outstanding and parts on order. The car broke down the following day and had to take a day off work to await recovery/repair. Seriously bad communication. I think because it was not a showroom expensive car, was low priority. Son extremely disappointed, and I'm sure will not forget his first car buying experience for all the wrong reasons. #Evanshalshaw #Gainsborough
