Not a very good taxi firm. Booked a taxi earlier in the day for the evening. Never turned up, had no record of receiving the booking.
We used this company after a party at our home when a friend drank a little too much! After all the horror stories you hear we were worried about a single drunk lady alone in a cab going to a remote village. Diamond understood and sent us a lady driver very quickly who could not have been friendlier and drove her some safely also going that extra mile and helping her and makin sure she was safe they also let us know too!! You just dont get service like this anymore, would never use another after our experiance with them it has been brilliant.
