Amazing dentist, dr Bamgboye was very calming and I felt very comfortable, I have a genuine fear of dentist but he made me feel at ease, his a legend in my eyes , thank you xx

I have had the worst dental experience today at this practice. I was referred for a wisdom tooth removal from my normal dentist. I have had them removed before so i knew what to expect. I was asked to come into the room to have an injection to numb me. I was then made to wait 40 minutes after they had numbed me to be called back in. My mouth didnt feel particularly numb by this time . The dentist started i immediately felt an intense stabbing pain, i lent forward and told him that it hurt alot and he proceeded to tell me it was just pressure and carried on pulling my tooth out. I know im an nhs patient but nobody should be ignored when i knew i was not ment to be feeling that much agony, it was by no means just pressure i could feel every part of the extraction. The only plus was the nice dental nurse and receptionist.
Good dentist been going there for years however I have been out in a "6 month" waiting list for braces for almost 2 years now and I amGetting rather annoyed with the lack of response on the situation to add I have been told by the dentist I would be needing braces for the past 7 years yet they are not taking any action to the situation. I understand they have many other patients however it has been over 2 years and am getting rather tired as I will soon be getting too old to be having braces
As a nervous patient I was dreading my appointment but Richard Allot's lovely nature put me completely at ease. Private dentistry is expensive so I was impressed when he told me there were follow on aspects that my NHS dentist could do equally as well that would considerably save on the cost.
