Been removed from the surgery's list as i've missed several appointments, Despite me having numerous mental health problems and memory loss which Doctor is aware, so therefore "Missed appointment's" are non intentional, after explaining this to the Receptionist i'm still being removed, utterly disrespectful and have no regard for people with mental health.
I cannot praise Dr Jacobs and the surgery staff enough, my husband and I are cancer survivors. Dr .Jacobs has been there for us all through the trials and tribulations that come with cancer. whether its a major or minor medical problem he has listened patiently and dispensed what medications that have been needed, but he goes that extra mile and makes sure he liases with hospital staff when needed and therefor knows our problems without us having to go through the story again.he is to us not just a doctor and trusted confidant he is almost a friend but totally professional in everything he does.we are grateful to have him as our G.P.
