Took ages from starter to main. Good food good service. Over busy my opinion
Been to this restaurant many times and always have mixed views! Food is always good but it is let down by variable service. Today was a good example, food excellent and the service started off ok but when we wanted to order a dessert we became invisible and my wife had to go to the desk to order! Hence only 3 stars!!
The restaurant was busy when we visited, but the service was still prompt and the staff were all smiles and polite. We left well fed and happy with the service we received.
Outstanding food and service. Felt thoroughly looked after but not smothered. Food and drinks were amazing. Great atmosphere too. Loved it Pic is the choc dome.... heavenly
Staff did bare minimum when it came to customer service. Perhaps dont take babies, children or younger people as waitresses have no patience or kindness towards them. Maybe they lack the social skills to able them to deal with such occurrences. Disappointing and discriminative to people below a certain age.Food was half decent, a little oily and portion sizes were tight.. shame really.
