On regualr medication ie painkillers not in stock!! Waiting delivery this is not good enough not the first time either prescription into drs Mon am therefore should have been at chemist Wed The service at this chemist has slipped drastically
New staff, all look miserable even the pharmacist, understand the need for change but prefer the previous staff. Bubbly, polite and always happy to help. Not a great atmosphere when you walk in!

I would like to say please give us a little time as we are training up new staff we have had a turn around with staffing. Once the staff are trained we will resume the right service for all our customers . I understand the frustrations and we are doing our very best to resolve this. Thankyou for all your support
