These people are awful. I was sent a damaged toolbox. You could see that the damage was old as the packaging was all covered in dust and a rubbish piece of cardboard had been pushed over the damage. When I tried to return it they sent me a postage label that the post office would not accept as the parcel was too big and heavy. I contacted them and they have not even bothered to reply. They don't answer the phone either. I think they expect me to pay to return it. I have already paid 10 extra to get it next day! Quick enought to take me money.......
Planned on buying the large tool chest with the 2 side cabinets. organised and sent payment to US-Pro Tools. called there office to be told order was processed and "shipped" a week later with no sign of the tool box i rang again to find out that they did not process my order? After another set back i was told for defiant this order was shipped and id have my tool box by the end of the week. well i waited till the following Tuesday and rang once more to find the man i was dealing with to be on holidays and to find yet again my order had not been processed and shipped ! 4 weeks after i sent the payment !!! I was up-set that i never even received a email to say they had received my payment or that there had been any problems. I was left in the dark and not once was i called back to explain any reasons why this happens ?. Eventually i got on the phone with a different man who sorted everything out ! Thank god he was there when i did call or i would have drove up to Gainsborough myself and taken back my payment !.I hope nobody else has to go threw the effort and back and forth i had with this particular person.....
