Not very helpful at all waiting time is a joke the staff talk more then they do help. Always loads of people waiting to be seen and no toilets available which is stupid as it has different places to visit and would expect to be able to use toilet if we are waiting over an hour to be seen little children can not.hold it that long and would struggle visiting.this place for sure. Only go if you really have to as the way the make you feel is horrid not.spoke to as a person at all .
