Fantastic place and josie & Ian are lovely friendly owners. Nothing is too much trouble.
Nice and peaceful. On a clear night you can see stars in the sky and best of all there is no Wi-Fi and very little if any mobile phone network coverage. Ahhhh BLISSFUL !!!
A cracking site,very welcoming and friendly.Facilities kept spotlessly clean.And cooked breakfast available to boot.A perfect site for families and considerate campers.
Still here. Lovely campsite. You can tell this place is a labour of love for the owners. Lots of rescue animals and birds. Small and quiet. Nice playground for the youngsters. Small fishing lake. Shop with all the essentials including beer and wine!! Honesty box for payment. Also have fishing gear. Firepits and wood for sale and hire. Josie also cooks breakfast at very reasonable prices. There's a dog exercise area and a little woodland walk. For the more adventurous there's Laughton forest nearby. Would definitely come back and recommend for a quiet, chilled break away.
Just got back from this excellent little place. What a gem. Josie and Ian super friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast bar and sitting area too. Camp shop brilliant. Nice and quiet. Kids loved the area and all the animals too.Thanks so much. See you all soon
