Small private practice. Gordon and his wife live on the premises so you can be assured that if your pet is hospitalised they will receive only the best round the clock care.Can't recommend highly enough.
The vet is great, he really knows what he is doing, fantastic with the animals, especially when they are a bit nervous, people skills really good, gives you all the information that you are needing for your pet. Shame can't be said about his wife. totally money orientated & has no time for those less fortunate. Would never use these again, His wife absolutely disgusting towards me, we called the out of hours number because my pup was having a seizure, from start to finish I received nothing but disgusting attitude, my pup was treated like a piece of rubbish and in general they just couldnt be bothered and advised the pup needed putting to sleep. I later got advised from another professional my pup wasnt actually in pain and he shouldnt of been put to sleep without the appropriate checks which he didnt receive! Im going ahead Court proceedings, absolutely disgusting shouldnt of been treated like this at all.Yes I didnt have the money to hand, nor my mobile or wallet, I didnt even have my own house keys only my dog and the towel he was wrapped in, but this was no excuse for the verbal abuse I received!
Our regular vet for many years now and we have found him helpful and considerate. Has good manner with animals and we have not had any issues with his treatment etc so far.
